Our family is closely connected to this building, with this place, with its tradition and its history.

For decades, we have been accommodating guests from all over the world at Hotel Schneider, and we do it with passion. Not only has the building grown over this time, but so have we:

We have created something special, and it is the nicest thing for us when you feel at home at Hotel Schneider. We succeed in this because we really run this business as a family: Jakob (senior) and Maria Schneider together with the new generation Lisa and Jakob (junior) and 50 employees, most of whom have been with us for many years. Everyone who spends their holidays at Hotel Schneider benefits from this:

We are a well-coordinated team; our heart is in this place and we love not only to tell stories ourselves, but to create new ones together with you.

Hotel Schneider has been in existence for over 75 years. Between the construction of the little Brettstein alpine hut, where it all began, and the 4 star superior hotel of today lie a number of continual rebuilding and renovation projects.

We would like to thank our many guests and friends, who have remained loyal to our house over the years. Your solidarity and recommendations give us the support to put out new and visionary ideas into practice.

With an eye to the future we hope to be able to welcome you as a winter sports guest in one of the most popular winter sports resorts in Austria.

Our history
