The price includes initial bed linens, hand and bath towels, water, electric, heating, garage. No daily maid service!

Your room or appartement is available for check-in on your day of arrival after 3:00 p.m. Please vacate by 11:00 a.m. of your departure day. In the event of premature departure or delayed arrival, you will be charged 100% of the room price. When staying 3 nights or less, a Short-Stay Surcharge of EUR 11,- per person/day will be assessed.
Guests must adhere to the posted rules of our Wellness Residence.
Reservations: Your reservation becomes binding upon receipt of a deposit of EUR 400,- per appartement. You are welcome to transfer the remaining amount to our bank account (info provided below) prior to your arrival, pay in cash, or use your EC / ATM card (A, D, NL). Reservations and/or cancellations only become official when received in writing. Prior to 3 months before your scheduled arrival date, no cancellation charges will apply. During the 3rd and 2nd months prior to arrival, we will charge 40 % of the appartement rate. During 1 month and 1 week prior to arrival, you will be charged for 70% of the total amount of your sheduled stay. Within 1 week prior to arrival you will be charged 100 % of the sheduled stay. Should the prices quoted in the reservation confirmation vary at all from what you expected, those prices given in our official price list will always apply. We strongly recommend taking out a travel insurance policy (we will be happy to provide you with additional information at the time you place your reservation).
