To ensure that your departure day is as relaxed as the last few days, we would like to remind you of the following points:

• We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 am
• Please tilt the window in your room before you leave
• Please leave the safe open and remember to take all your valuables with you
• The final bill can be paid the day before departure until 9.00 pm or on your departure day between 7.30 and 11.00 am. We accept cash, VISA, American Express, Mastercard and Diners Club.
• If you leave before 7.30 am., we will provide you with a packed lunch instead of breakfast. Please order until 5.00 pm the day before departure
• If you still have ski passes, you can return the keycards at the reception and we will take the EUR 2,00 deposit off the room bill.
• We are happy to help you with the loading of your luggage. In order to avoid waiting times, we kindly ask you to inform us of the desired pick-up time for your luggage the evening before your departure. Please allow for a time of about 15 minutes.
• Depending on availability and after consultation with the reception, it is possible for you to stay in your room until 5.00 pm., including the use of our spa area and the underground car park
