On the day of arrival, your apartment will be available to you from 4.00 pm. We kindly ask you to come to the reception in the hotel for check-in. You will receive your room card, which you can also use to open the underground garage in the Dependance.

If you arrive early and want to hit the slopes, you are welcome to use the changing room in the hotel to change your clothes until your apartment is ready. Just contact the reception, where you will also receive information about your parking spot in the Dependance.

If you would like to enjoy dinner at the hotel or just a extensive breakfast buffet for a good start into the day, please inform the reception in advance. (Dinner EUR 45,00 – EUR 85,00 depending on the menu of the day | Breakfast EUR 30,00 or EUR 15,00 for children under 14). There is also a possibility to have fresh bread delivered to your door every morning.

In the Dependence underground garage, to the right of the garage door, you will find the ski room with heating bars for your ski boots and to the left of the door you will find the entrance to the rubbish room, where we ask you to separate as carefully as possible.
In the stairway to the 1st floor, there is a smoking area with ashtray. Please always take your room card with you, as this door only opens from the outside with your card.

If you would like your room cleaned, please let our reception team know (EUR 55,00 per day at apartment Zehnerkar | EUR 35,00 per day at apartment Gamsleiten | EUR 25,00 per day at apartment Achenrain).

You are welcome to use the wellness area in the hotel. We kindly ask you to leave your street shoes and clothes in the changing room next to the spa entrance. Please only enter our wellness area with a bathrobe and slippers.  Lockers are available in the changing room for locking your valuables.
