Booking information

Arrival and departure

On arrival day rooms are ready by 3.00 pm and apartments are ready by 4.00 pm. On departure day, rooms and apartments should be vacated by 11.00 am. In the event of early departure or late arrival, 90 % of the room price and 100 % of the apartment price will be charged.

General information

We will gladly reserve the booked room category. However, fixed room numbers and fixed floors cannot be confirmed. For weekend bookings, we reserve the right to change the booked room category. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Evening meal deduction

Should you prefer just “bed & breakfast”, there is a deduction of € 10,00 per person off the daily room rate. (Children € 5,00 per night). You may cancel your evening meal until 11.00 am of the same day. Unfortunately, cancellations made later cannot be taken into consideration.

Underground parking

One underground parking space per room is provided free of charge. For an additional parking space, we charge € 15,00 per day.

Rules – Spa

Please note that bathing rules apply in our spa. The no-clothing area and the fitness room are not open to children under 14 years.


We ask for your understanding that pets are not permitted for hygiene reasons.


All rooms, suites, apartments, restaurants and the hotel lobby are no-smoking areas. Smokers may use our modern smokers’ lounge with view of the pistes.


Free Wi-Fi internet access available throughout the whole hotel.

Deposit & reservation

To confirm your booking we require a deposit (the amount will be written in your confirmation) by bank transfer or by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX & DINERS CLUB). Upon receipt of deposit, your reservation is binding. The balance can be transferred to our bank account prior to arrival. Reservations can only be made in writing. Should prices vary in the reservation confirmation, prices according to price list apply.

We accept cash, EC-cards, debit cards (A, D, NL) and credit cards (American Express, Mastercard and Visa).

Cancellation conditions

Cancellations can only be made in writing. Austrian Hotel Regulations apply. Cancellations made up to 3 months in advance can be made free of charge. In this case, the prepaid deposit will be recharged less an administration fee of EUR 50,00 per room. From 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 40 % of the booking will be made. From 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival 70 % will be charged and 1 week prior to arrival 90 % of room price and 100 % of apartment price will be charged. In case only 1 person instead of 2 booked persons arrives, the supplement is 90 % of the confirmed room rate. There is no right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG, instead also the Austrian Hotel Regulations will apply. AGBH 2006 apply as agreed. The court of Jurisdiction is Tamsweg.

Travel costs and travel cancellation insurance

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance, which covers cancellation costs in the event of illness or accident before and also during your holiday. You can find information about the insurance benefits here: INFORMATION SHEET
NEW: Despite pandemic status, insurance cover is available from the European travel insurance 29.5.2020 in the event of contracting Covid-19.

The insurance can be taken out easily and conveniently through us. You will receive all the information with your booking confirmation.
