Start the day with our extensive breakfast buffet with local quality produce and freshly-prepared egg dishes from our open kitchen. Late riser breakfast available in the Brettsteinstube until 11.30 am (only upon reservation).

Culinary highlights in the evening

06.30 to 08.00 pm

Pleasure takes priority. Quality, freshness and creativity of the highest level. We set great store by high-quality, regional produce, partly from our own farm.

Daily

  • regional and international menu with different dishes to choose from (1 vegetarian dish)
  • exquisite salad buffet daily with high-quality oils and home-made dressings
  • fine cheese corner with a variety of chutneys

Weekly

  • premium 7-course gala dinner with candle light atmosphere
  • highlight of the week: starters buffet with classic starters and selected fish and sea food specialities
  • sweet highlight: dessert buffet
  • buffet with traditional Austrian or Mediterranean cuisine
  • Austrian crêpe buffet and a large cheese selection with delicious cheese from all over Europe

For children

  • during the school holidays our younger guests can help themselves to the children’s buffet, otherwise they can choose from the children’s menu
  • daily ice cream from the buffet

À la carte

Lunch

12.00 am to 02.00 pm

A cosy lunchtime stop with culinary delights and the usual top service in our à la carte restaurant “Brettsteinstube“ completes your fabulous day’s skiing. Skiers are always welcome. After a relaxing break you can continue your skiing day.

Afternoon

02.00 to 05.00 pm

In the afternoon we offer a small à la carte menu in the “Brettsteinstube”. Round off your sporting activities with coffee or a nice cup of tea and fresh cakes from our in-house patisserie in the cosy lobby by the warming open fireplace.

The à la carte offer is not included in the half board price.
