Our family’s farm is located in Radstadt at an altitude of 860m above sea level. The “Hintergottschallgut” is a grassland farm with dairy cows, associated forestry and alpine farming. In terms of cattle breeding, we are committed to the preservation of the old country breed, the “Pinzgau cattle”. Our hotel is supplied daily with fresh milk from our own farm. Most of the veal and beef also come from our farm.
The animals spend the summer on the alpine pastures, where they eat rich alpine herbs and get plenty of exercise. Connoisseurs rave about the excellent quality of the finely marbled Pinzgauer Alpine beef.
